If you receive a RAC audit for a claim that The MOBILITY Consultants did not prescreen through our Audit GUARD program we can still assist you. We will conduct a file analysis and if deficiencies are found, provide you with a corrective action plan (CAP) with the best course of action for each file, PRIOR to your submission to the RAC. This could save you the time and money by avoiding a lengthy appeals process.
Recovery Audit Program
Mission - The Recovery Audit Program's mission is to identify and reduce Medicare improper payments through the efficient detection and collection of overpayments made on claims of health care services provided to Medicare beneficiaries, and the identification of underpayments to providers so that the CMS can implement actions that will prevent future improper payments in all 50 states.
